OMG Jessica is a machine! It’s so cool to see someone making this much progress and getting so strong. I know I keep saying it, but she’s like the poster child for benefits of women training with weights. She has the ideal body women strive for yet she’s in the gym squatting, deadlifting, benching, and training heavy on everything…a practice women normally associate with “getting bulky” or “too muscular”. I’ll have to get some pics up soon.
