Power Cleans, Overhead Press, Biceps
Garage
- Super set – Side lateral raises + Rear lateral raises
- 1 Power Clean then strict press to failure followed by push press to failure
- Super set – Barbell bicep curls + Dumbell bicep curls
I’ve missed logging a bunch of workouts but they were rather uneventful. LOTS of walks with Stella which is great cardio for sure!

Hi Kara, I have always Power Cleaned before every set of Strict Presses (5×5)…However, I find that after strict racking, the grip is more conducive to Push & Jerk Presses than it is to Strict Press, (I suppose because the elbows are bent much more than can support a Strict Press).
So, I end up racking a bit wrong, in that the weight of the bar gets supported a little more on the wrists, as opposed to completely on the shoulder/delts.
Any insights/advice on this… Thanks in advance…

Been a fan since i saw “power unlimeted”. Awsome lifts and very cute face. Being strong while mantaining a cute face and smile.
