		<title>Two a day walks with Stella!</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks to Stella, I&#8217;ve been getting in good, consistent daily (at least) cardio.  After braving walking through the cold and snowy winter, Stella is serious about her spring fitness routine!  At first the duration of her walks increased and now we&#8217;re doing 2 daily sessions.  We walk once in the morning and then again in the afternoon, both times for at least 20 minutes at a fairly fast pace.  Sometimes it gets a bit hard to keep up with her and I have to jog which is really embarrassing considering her legs are like 2 inches long lol.  Stella is in fantastic shape though and always gets compliments on how healthy, fit and muscular she looks!</p>

<p>Doesn&#8217;t sound like a lot&#8230;but I did tons of sets and reps and expect to be nice and sore tomorrow.</p>
<p>In between sets I cooked Craig&#8217;s dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow, unloaded the diswasher and did the laundry.</p>
