11/11 Training – Squats & Deadlifts

Squats & Deadlifts
Trained at Eaton Barbell
- Leg extentions – single and double leg
- Sumo deadlifts
- OL front and back squats – super light high rep sets
- Overhead squats
Oh did I feel this for a few days after lol! Definitely going to make this a standard workout.
