<p>I&#8217;m all over my new ultra efficiency garage workout &#8211; cooking &#8211; cleaning thing I have going on lol. I feel so productive.</p>
<ul>
<li>Power Clean &amp; Overhead Press &#8211; 1 Power Clean then strict OHP to failure, followed by push press to failure.</li>
<li>Barbell Bicep curls</li>
</ul>
<p>Doesn&#8217;t sound like a lot&#8230;but I did tons of sets and reps and expect to be nice and sore tomorrow.</p>
<p>In between sets I cooked Craig&#8217;s dinner for tonight and lunch for tomorrow, unloaded the diswasher and did the laundry.</p>
