Push Ups super set w/Bicep Curls<br />
Push Downs w/drop sets</p>
<p>Did a lot of sets &amp; reps + I haven&#8217;t benched in a LONG time so I know I&#8217;m gonna be crazy sore! Woke up the next day and was already in shambles lol.</p>
