Overhead Press & Kettlebells
Eaton Barbell
- Standing Barbell Overhead Press – strict immediately followed by push press
- Seated Dumbell Press
- Bent over rear lateral raises super set with Face Pulls with Spud Strap
- 1 arm Kettlebell Overhead Press
- 1 arm Kettlebell side bends – hold KB overhead w/1 hand, touch the floor with the other hand
